Point-Virgule’s lessons take place on Saturday mornings at Laycock Primary School, Laycock street. Highbury & Islington station is a 5  minutes walk away, as well as bus stops for buses number 4, 19, 30, 43, 153, 263, 271 et 393.

Preparation to the DELF diploma

The DELF is an official diploma delivered by the National Education Board to certify the candidates’ competences in French. The DELF is composed with 4 independant diplomas corresponding to the first four levels of the European Framework of Reference for Languages. At each level, a series of examinations evaluates the four communication skills: listening, speaking, reading and writing. Passing the last level, DELF B2, is for students taught in a language other than French a requirement for admission to a French university.

As part of the lessons, Point-Virgule can help the children wishing to take the exam to prepare for it.
